A few tips to prepare for the day we pick
your vehicle up
1.Because
of current laws, we are not able to transport any personal
items in your vehicle. For this reason, please make sure your vehicle
is empty.
2.The tank of your vehicle should be approximately
¼ full.
3.Please note any damage or mechanical problems that
may exist with your vehicle and make that list available to the driver
upon arrival.
4.Remove any custom items from your vehicle that were not part of the
factory installed options. (front or rear spoilers, custom mirrors, fog
lights, antenna’s, etc.)
5.If your vehicle is a convertible, please carefully cover the fabric
top with a protective cover prior to transport.
6.Our transport crew
would need to know about anything unique to your vehicle. If starting
or moving your vehicle is altered from the method that a factory fresh
vehicle employs, please let us know.
Tips for delivery day
1.Please
be in touch with our customer service department for delivery
arrangements. The delivery location should be considered and should
accommodate a large truck, with sufficient space for maneuvering. If
the location does not allow for this, a pre-agreed upon location can be
arranged that is convenient.
2.At the time of delivery, please inspect
your vehicle and note the condition against the list you created before
pick-up. If, for some reason, there is anything not previously noted,
make the driver aware of it and complete an inspection report and ask
for the driver’s signature. We will review your claim in a
timely manner.

Your assurance of on-time delivery
Auto
transportation includes many variables. Just as when taking a trip in
your car, there can be obstacles that can impede our progress. Road
construction, traffic jams, severe weather or unanticipated mechanical
problems can all delay your trip. These things can delay a trucks
progress also.
Whenever possible, we try to anticipate any obstacles as best we can.
Our goal is to deliver your vehicle within the time range specified.
Vehicle owners can contribute to an on-time delivery by being at the
delivery location in a timely manner. When the possibility exists that
you may not be arriving at the point of delivery on-time, we ask that
you notify our customer service department in order to arrange
rescheduling.
Do
you suggest that my vehicle be transported
in an enclosed truck?
An
open truck exposes your vehicle to the elements. Hail and wind and even
dust storms in some parts of the country can damage your vehicle. The
easiest solution to protecting your vehicle from the elements is in an
enclosed truck.
